In this program, in order to meet the need for the qualified staff, education will be performed with the support of educators that will guide in children’s development and care, exploring their creative skills. The objective of this program is to educate professional staff which is responsive to modern world and country conditions; can merge theoretical knowledge with practice; base child development on science and universal education;  fulfill the profession’s requirements in public and private early education centers, children's clubs, nurseries, kindergartens, growing homelands; provide the necessary environment to increase the children’s life quality; detect the problems and produce solutions with the abilities of analytical thinking and teamwork, the sense of responsibility and professional ethics. This program aims to train assistant educators which can give computer, drama, music, etc. education to children to improve their skills and behaviors in pre-school and private education institutions. The scope of program is to consolidate the professional equipment with practice and to meet the need for qualified staff as assistant teacher and consultants in institutions of child development and care. Graduated students can work in the primary schools, kindergartens and preschools of public and private institutions.
