In today’s changing and developing world, as a result of the increase in importance of feeding habits and culture, ”Food and Beverage”  has become an important industry on global scale.

The scope of program is to educate students which can compete in international arena; work in kitchen management; become an expert in aliment science, food preparation and standard development, food hygiene, world cuisine, kitchen management, kitchen inspection, and  creative kitchen culture.

The students graduate from this program will have work opportunities in catering companies and in various areas of tourism sector, touristic facilities, kitchens of private and official institutions and food factories due to their education in service and cooking techniques, small plant management and restaurant management.
