In recent years our country is attracting the attention of financial institutions and the international investment companies.  As a result, the world real estate giants have begun to operate in Turkey. The purpose of the Real Estate and Property Management Program is to educate well-equipped Property Consultants.

Our students will receive training in all business disciplines and obtain basic information specific to real estate legislation, be able to work in "Valuation and Mortgage Brokerage", and due to the extent of their success they can work as higher level managers. Education language is Turkish.  Students who wish can take one year English Preparatory Education. In the program students will be able to practice in District Land Registry and Cadastre Directorates in the first year, and in different areas such as the real estate marketing, valuation and financing in the second year.
